If you’re getting in touch by post or email, please include your business name, a contact name and telephone number and your business address to help us resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

We aim to resolve all customer complaints within one working day. You can ask to speak to a manager at any point, and if you feel that your problem hasn’t been resolved, we can put you in touch with a member of our senior management team to discuss the issue further.
